摘要
This paper aims to discuss the difficulties of assessing the use of technology as a support to the improvement of the teaching and educational processes performance. It is based on extensive review of the literature on the subject and on the state of the art authors. As a proposal of contribution to the subject, this work presents a methodology that uses the concept of competencies for the actual analysis of the benefits that technology can bring to education. The discussion and the methodology presented here seem to have potential to be incurred in solid alternatives to evaluation of pedagogical support being offered by technology in educational processes.
