摘要
In the absence of empirical studies and the widespread perception that Argentinian Congress maintain a reactive role in the processes of political decision-making relating to foreign policy, the paper analyzes the legislative activity involving Malvinas object as key policy outside Argentina since the return of democracy, in order to check the influence of presidents and Congress in the same. Advances in the construction of two indicators -"success" and legislative "participation"through which the role of the two powers in legislative activity is captured.
