摘要：

The properties of the radiation emitted in the scattering of relativistic electrons in the gauge field of an ideally thin solenoid containing a constant magnetic flux are studied. The effect of the emission process on the spin state of the particles is investigated, and an analogy with the properties of synchrotron radiation is pointed out.
