STRUCTURAL PHASE-TRANSITION IN CSNO3 - DIELECTRIC STUDIES

摘要
Dielectric properties - dielectric constant (K), dielectric loss (tan delta) and ac conductivity (sigma) in the solution grown single crystals of CsNO3 are presented from room temperature to about 230-degrees-C covering the frequency range from 100 Hz to 100 KHz. Anomalous behaviour of K, tan delta and at sigma at about 154-degrees-C is attributed to the structural phase transition from trigonal to CsCl cubic structure.
