THE MORPHOLOGY AND THE CRYSTALLOGRAPHIC ORIENTATION OF PHASES IN THE MODIFIED GAMMA-GAMMA'-ALPHA EUTECTIC COMPOSITE

摘要
The morphology and the mutual crystallographic orientation of the coexisting phases was studied in the Ni-based gamma/gamma' - alpha eutectic composite. The methods of optic metallography, electron microanalysis and TEM were used. Gamma/gamma' - alpha composite was modified by the additions: Zr, Re, V and CC. The most effect on the morphology had Zr. In these alloys the oriented morphology was found at the high value of the stabilization factor, G : : R greater-than-or-equal-to 1.08 X 10(-2) K.S. mum-2. In alloys with Re and V the coupled growth of the coexisting phases was found for the values G : R greater-than-or-equal-to 0.27 x 10(-2) K. S.mum-2. Zirconium is soluted in alpha-Mo fibre.
