摘要
Capillary stability of Stepanov crystal growth is discussed for the case where the meniscus is not anchored to the die edges. Lyapunov's method is used to investigate the stability of the set of differential equations for any small deviations of the flat melt-crystal interface height and the crystal radius from their fixed values. The Laplace capillary equation for meniscus shape is also solved numerically to make a comparative analysis for the coefficients of the set of differential equations. © 1990.
