摘要：

The article discusses the relationship between quality of politics and that of politicians. It also addresses the requirements to be fulfilled by professional politicians in terms of their dedication as well as their income. Hence, it builds an ideal model that takes into account the elements that shape a quality politician, with special interest in the training process developed in the career of a politician.
