Proteoglycans (PG) were isolated from mouse liver nuclei and identified The nuclear PG are of various types: PG containing dermatan sulfate (DS) chains; PG containing heparan sulfate (HS) chains, and, apparently, mixed PG whose protein core contains both DS and HS chains.
