摘要
Migration is an undeniable reality which is reflected in schools scenarios - one of the key institutions of our society - as well as in policies and educational measures that have been adopted in certain European Union countries in order to respond to the educational needs resulting from the cultural diversity that characterizes us. Because of that and due to the importance of integrating foreign students in our increasingly pluralistic context, this article analyzes the legislative and policy documents raised by the European Council regarding the education of immigrants' children as well as a comparative study on certain integration measures taken by Germany, Spain, France and England in their schools.
