This work reveals importance of the reading and the necessity of achieving a strong motivation for this activity in the context of the initial formation of the educational one. A position is presented where the reading is one from the main access roads to the culture, for what urges the work directed to form an educational reader, with more development of its abilities talkative, bigger domain of the vocabulary of its language and better spelling. The considerations that are presented are sustained in a system of preparation actions to the students in integral initial formation of the movement of the Pre he/she Reserves Special Pedagogic to work the promotion of the reading from the family and community environment. The proposal leans on in the theoretical, methodological conceptions and you practice which constitute the relating ones in those that the authors assume the position that is endorsed in this work.
