摘要
The author of this article considers the aesthetic tradition focused on the subject of judgment, with special reference to Kant's theory of beautiful and sublime. A possible counterweight to this justification of modern world view can be found in a radical critique of ontotheological structure of metaphysics. Such critical project was outlined by Martin Heidegger. This article offers a fusion of the two horizons: of Heidegger's overturning thought of Being on the one hand, and the subjectivist horizon of Critique of Judgment on the other. Since Kant's position is a model of aesthetics as a metaphysical discipline (due to consistency and rigorousness more than originality and lucidity), it is reasonable to expect that the line of interpretation of Heidegger's dealing with aesthetics will lead us exactly to that influential, praised, but also disputed philosophical doctrine presented by Kant.
