摘要：
A new equation with a single fitting parameter is derived for thermodynamic properties of various strong electrolyte solutions whose concentrations vary over a wide range (0.005 - 10 mol/kg in terms of ionic strength). Its efficiency is demonstrated by describing both the mean ionic activity coefficient (up to gamma+/- approximately 724) and osmotic coefficient for a variety of aqueous electrolyte solutions at 298 K.
