摘要
The problem of determining the elastic displacements in Rayleigh waves generated by sources in the form of a pair of vertical forces and in the form of a pair of horizontal forces is solved, where the force pair is localized in a small volume at a depth h beneath the surface of an elastic half-space. The wave amplitudes are calculated as functions of the depth of the acoustic-emission source and the position of the observation point for the entire range of Poisson ratios. The derived analytical relations can be used in developing procedures and apparatus for the acoustic-emission inspection of specific materials.
