In this paper we report the thermodynamic and transport properties for the Ce(Tl1-xSn(x))3 system where 0 less-than-or-equal-to x < 1. The data support our earlier specific heat results and we conclude that there is a valence transition from trivalent to mixed valence at x = 0.7. The competition between RKKY interactions and the Kondo effect is discussed. Comparison is made with the data for the Ce(In1-xSn(x))3 system.
