摘要
The chemical diffusion coefficient in nonstoichiometric manganous sulphide Mn1-yS was measured as a function of temperature (1073-1373 K) and sulphur activity (10(-2)-10(3) Pa) using the electrical conductivity reequilibratian method. It has been shown that this coefficient is independent of the sulphide composition (defect concentration) and can be described by the following empirical relation: ($) over tilde DMnS=3.9.10-2exp(-76.4+/-0.5kJ/M/RT).
