PHASE-TRANSITIONS IN PZT-95/5 CERAMICS STUDIED BY DIELECTRIC AND PYROELECTRIC MEASUREMENTS - UNUSUAL PROPERTIES IN THE VICINITY OF THE ANTIFERROELECTRIC-FERROELECTRIC PHASE-TRANSITION

摘要
The antiferroelectric-two ferroelectric (F-R(LT)-F-R(HT))-paraelectric phase sequence was ascertained in PZT-95/5 ceramics. Unusual behaviour of the temperature characteristics of electric permittivity, tan delta, remanent polarization and pyroelectric current was observed in the range of diffuse transition between the AFE and FE phases. The influence of external and internal bias electric fields as a possible reason for this behaviour is discussed.
