摘要
Any regulation in the field of pollution control and any action in the field of environmental chemistry have to be accompanied by a positive feedback mechanism for analysing and determining the final success of these actions. The large number of hazardous substances that have to be measured more or less continuously at many locations in order to obtain the toxicologically relevant dose demands reasonably priced chemical sensors. The application of chemical sensors in the field of pollution control in which a certain limiting value has to be controlled needs reliable sensors. These should give a true result not biased by interfering compounds. This paper deals with some examples of selective chemical sensors and biosensors in the field of air- and water-pollution control developed in the author's laboratory so far.
