摘要
The physico-chemical and physical principles of design of enzyme, receptor, immuno and cell biosensors are reviewed. A special emphasis is placed on transducers used for construction of biosensors - electrodes, field effect transistors, piezoelectric resonators, optical fibre devices, integrated optics, sensors employing surface plasmon resonance, calorimetric sensors, as well on the methods of deposition and immobilization of biospecific films.
