摘要
In the environment of pre-hospital trauma care, the usual priorities of airway with cervical spine, breathing and oxygenation, and circulation are modified by the potentially hazardous surrounding at the scene. Personal safety and team work with other emergency services are vital. Airway control using rapid-sequence induction may be necessary to safely transport the patient away from the incident. Preparation for pre-hospital care is vital, with training, organization of equipment and practice with all emergency services.
