摘要
This paper shows a description and comparison among different ways of tourism that are developed in Buenos Aires. It begins with the research question: In which way tourist's practices generate socio-cultural integration in relation to the resident population? To elucidate this puzzle, it is displayed different tours, from the practices of the subjects as well as from the offer, analyzing their differences in structural terms and in terms of knowledge and social interactions. Therefore, a categorization of the different circuits is performed to understand the distinctions and to run into a reflexive conclusion about the outcomes obtained. The methodology is qualitative based on in-depth interviews with key informants, and the theoretical framework draws on elements from the sociology of tourism.
