摘要
The purpose of this article is to (1) demonstrate that the benefits construct is ambiguous and in need of clarification, (2) identify issues that must be resolved in defining the benefit construct, and (3) propose a benefit construct definition and a nomological network that can provide a framework for the study of employee benefits.
