摘要：
An instrument for the quantitative study of gas-solid reactions is described. By focusing on pressure changes within a small volume, rather than mass variations as in thermogravimetry, greater sensitivity can be achieved. The apparatus is simple, robust and fully automatic. Since it is tailored to reactions involving gases, it may outperform even differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry in some cases.
