摘要
A trial was carried out with 12 pigs fitted, with a T-cannula at the ileum, in order to determine the nutritive value and the ileal digestibility of the amino acids of monocereal-soybean meal including wheat, barley or triticale (2 cultivars). The results were compared to those obtained previously for the cereals and as previously the order of digestibility was as follows: wheat > triticale > > barley. The ileal digestibility of the AA of the diets was qualitatively and quantitatively the same as that obtained for the cereals. Each diet covered the energetic requirements of growing pigs but not the requirements of essential AA. Lysine was always the first limiting AA, followed by threonine, while the supply of methionine was hardly reached.
