摘要：
Some recent experimental findings are contrary to the conceptions of how the eyes focus and of the role of accommodation in the perception of size and distance and in visual acuity. The discovery that people with normal focusing responses can be taught accurate volitional control offers the possibility of overcoming the adverse effects of empty-field, night, and instrument myopia.
