摘要：

This article is to try to encourage reflection from the origins, development and updating of the entrepreneurial culture, starting from the State, education in general and their business application through the Corporacion Universitaria Americana and the Centro de Sistemas de Antioquia in the Metropolitan Area of Medellin implementing research and training in entrepreneurial for managers, teachers, students and employees. Summarizing, we intend in the future regarding the globalization of the enterprise to draw parallels between different educational institutions, sectors of the economy and unions. Also promote social responsibility in public and private fields through research, to identify and develop the entrepreneurial culture in the departments of the Organization.
