摘要：

We have studied the rheological properties of moderately concentrated solutions of chitosan in 2% acetic acid at different pH values. We have investigated the supermolecular organization of these solutions by polarized-light scattering. We have demonstrated the existence of associative formations of a fluctuational nature. We have observed microanisotropic order in the associates of macromolecules. We have observed a correlation between the characteristics of the supermolecular structure of the chitosan solutions and the conformational characteristics of isolated macromolecules.
