摘要：

This article describes the international experiences of two graduate social work interns who spent a summer in Mexico. It begins by detailing each of their personal experiences through the lens of migration and concludes with a reflection on the role of social work in an increasingly global world. The article describes the importance of becoming knowledgeable in global issues and advocates for social workers to collaborate with others internationally.
