摘要
Distribution function of density of particles in one-dimensional sample with weak disorder has been found using Berezinsky diagram technique. For open systems, when a particle having reached the end of the sample can leave it, logarithmically normal distribution for density of particles has been obtained. It has been shown that the function obtaineddescribes radiation intensity distribution in weakly disordered superlattice. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.
