摘要
Synthetic lignins, DHP and DHP-glucoside, were treated with lignin-oxidizing enzymes such as horseradish peroxidase, laccase and lignin peroxidase. DHP-glucoside was clearly depolymerized by treatment of these enzymes, although DHP was polymerized by the same treatment. The role of carbohydrates on the biodegradation of lignin during the decomposition of wood by white-rot fungi was discussed. © 1990.
