Free Trade Agreement with the United States: Reflections about important aspects about the modern and colonial discourse

Considering the debate about the Free Trade Agreement between Central America and the USA, it is proposed to put into effect the approaching to some of the continuities that are present in the technocratic neoliberal discourse. Furthermore, the fundamental principles of modernity are taken into account based on classic authors. The important aspect is to examine the operating way of the modern rationality logic in the present technocratic discourse.
