摘要
An extract obtained from neutralized apple juice, cv Jonathan, by LC separation on Amberlite XAD resin using methanol elution was fractionated by means of rotation locular countercurrent chromatography as well as LC adsorption and partition chromatography on silica gel. In a polar fraction 4-(1-hydroxy-4-keto-2,6,6-trimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-yl)but-3-en-2-yl (vomifoliol) 1-O-β-d-xylopyranosyl-6-O-β-d-glucopyranoside was identified for the first time as natural constituent. Structural elucidation was performed by photodiode array analysis, DCI and LC-MS (thermospray) as well as 1H and 13CNMR spectroscopy. © 1990.
