摘要：

Lactose intolerance is relatively frequent. It is usually related to the adult type hypolactasia, less commonly with secondary lactose intolerance. The other forms comprise developmental lactose intolerance and congenital alactasia. Diagnosis of lactose intolerance is relatively simple, hydrogen methane breath test is a gold standard of its detection.
