摘要
The article deals with the problem of value orientations which appear to be the basis of understanding, perception and designing social world's Gestalt, of the regulation of human behaviour. The significance of the posed problem is increasing due to the urgent need for studying a personality in depth and due to the changes and rethinking certain values nowadays, the crisis of which is manifested mostly in the consciousness of a students' social group. The article presents the research on understanding the peculiarities of the dynamics of value orientations and axiological self-determination, discovering personal, professional and social and psychological orientations and advantages. It was concluded, that psychological students' life values are changing in the process of their studying at higher educational institutions. These changes occur under the impact of different factors, which affect future specialist's personality. However, it is necessary to mention the fact, that the values of almost all the students of all courses are of individualistic character, that is, aimed at the personality itself. The results of the research are of practical value when choosing the kind of work, evaluating an employee when recruiting and personnel appraisal; for students' future life goals. The prospects for further research lie in the development and testing the practical self-actualization training course aimed at the activation of the process of values formation, improvement of students' emotional state, determining future life and professional goals.
