摘要：

37 cases of a laparoscopic Pomeroy tubal ligation are reported, in which a tubal portion is exteriorized through the second puncture site and a classical Pomeroy procedure is performed. Operative complications were encountered in one case in which a patient underwent a mini-laparotomy due to dense pelvic adhesions and bleeding. There were no technical or method failures over a follow-up intervall of six years. Specimens confirmed tubal histology in all cases. The absence of electric cautery intra-abdominally and the presence of a surgical specimen may represent medicolegal advantages in comparison to other laparoscopic techniques for tubal ligation.
