摘要：

A brief description is given of the design and fabrication technology of surface sensors of hot-wire anemometers, with nickel foil or tungsten wire sensing elements, mounted directly on a streamlined surface at the point to be studied with a separation of up to 0.1 mm between the sensing elements of the sensors. Examples: given illustrate the high reliability and accuracy of the measurements.
