摘要
It is shown experimentally that oxidation of SO2 by oxygen in SO2 + O2 systems which have undergone gamma-radiolysis at 77 K and in the posteffect regime is, in principle, possible. The optimal initial molar ratio of the reagents at which maximum conversion of SO2 (approximately 20%) occurs was determined to be SO2:O2 = 1:4.
