摘要
This paper deals with the Brazilian foreign policy towards the Middle East. First, it presents historical backgrounds in order to get a better understanding of the drastic evolution of biregional links until nowadays. Then it focuses on the Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva presidency (2003-2010) and relates its diplomatic decisions made by Dilma Rousseff (2011 -) regarding the situation in the Middle East. We defend that they traduce a more hesitant diplomacy.
