摘要：
This paper purpose is to think about legal hermeneutics reflections and the New Constitutional Interpretation during jurisdiction. According to the premise that law is facing the Principles Supremacy Age, I intend to think about the judge's role and the limits to his performance, considering an empirical perspective.
