摘要
A microscopic model of anharmonic lattice dynamics for La2-xM(x)CuO4 crystals is proposed to describe the soft tilting mode and its interaction with strains. The free energy for the model is calculated and the structural phase transitions D4h17 --> D2h18 --> D4h16 are considered. A strong x-dependence of anharmonic constants is proposed, especially for apical oxygen displacements.
