摘要:
The composition of anodic oxides grown on zirconium in sulphate electrolytes is investigated using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The amount of incorporation of impurity anions has been found to vary with electrolyte concentration. The electrical parameters of the oxide have been determined as a function of impurity incorporation.
