摘要：

In contrast to cardiac diseases clinical rehabilitation for chronic gastroenterologic and metabolic diseases did not find adequate estimation in the past. Possible reasons for this situation are mentioned. Aims of clinical rehabilitation are discussed in general. Then indication for a rehabilitative program of gastroenterologic and metabolic diseases is examplified for inflammatory bowel diseases, abdominal postsurgical syndromes and diabetes mellitus.
