摘要
Technological innovation carries out an important role in the competitiveness of the companies and the decision to internationalize their business mostly depends on the ability that they have developed in innovation and international trade. The preparation phase towards the exploration of global markets must be part of the companies' growth strategy. It is important for companies to develop their strategy gradually, starting from exporting to targeted markets, followed by the creation of a distribution center and, in a more advanced stage of the internationalization process, setting up the company in other countries.
