Excited states of Rh-103 have been studied via the Rh-103(n,n'gamma) reaction for incident neutron energies from 680 keV to 2520 keV. From the analysis of the gamma-ray spectra a detailed level and decay scheme was constructed up to the excitation energy of 2235 keV. Level spins and parities were deduced on the basis of extensive comparison between the measured gamma-ray yields and the theoretical predictions based on the statistical model of the compound nucleus.
