摘要
Laboratory experimental procedures enabling oxide phase formation at the initial stage of steel deoxidation to be studied are described, and a mechanism is suggested for the process. It is concluded that at this stage the deoxidant tends to become emulsified after formation of an oxide film on its surface. Subsequent oxidation of the emulsified volumes of deoxidant leads to oxide phase formation, this process being governed by the laws of heterogeneous kinetics.
