摘要：

The elections for the Mercosur Parliament are disciplined in general norms foreseen in the Constituent Protocol of the Mercosur Parliament with subsidiary application in the electoral legislation of the States Parts. It moves in the House of representatives, the Project of Law 5,279/2009 e, in the Senate, the Project of Law 2011/126 regulated the substance. The Absence of project of complementary law fixing the ability and organization of Electoral Justice and the ineligibilities will be able to result in formal unconstitutionality and to compromise in Mercosur.
