摘要
The diffusive now in bcc crystals of He-3 is measured For three molar volumes. The self-diffusion coefficient of 3He is determined in the temperature range 0.45-0.7 K, along with the vacancy diffusion coefficient which is Found to be temperature independent. In the model of wide-zone quasi-particles, the method is proposed for direct determination of the vacancion zone width Delta(upsilon), through a comparison of experimental data on self-diffusion and heat capacity. The Delta(upsilon) values obtained are much larger than the temperature, which proves the validity of the used model of wide-zone quasi-particles.
