摘要
The biotechnological progress in recent decades touched the depths of human nature, their rights, their dignity and their borders. The need to limit human activity that led to the Oviedo Convention in 1997 and the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, to define the main areas to be regulated and the principles that should govern the scientific -technical progress in the field of human life. However, the complexity of this phenomenon requires the reformulation of new issues in addition to the principle of autonomy and more in line with the principle of justice: the universality of the right to development which led, e.g., the right to health of millions of people is a priority over the right to property as well as the establishment of clear boundaries and clear to the subject of the right to life at its beginning and at its end, his deep social vulnerability. These are the new challenges for Human Rights to defend humans, and all humans.
