摘要
We report a semiconductor-doped, thermoluminescent Vycor glass with properties well suited for radiation dosimetry. The glow curve is dominated by a broad peak centered at 220 degrees C having a very low fade rate at room temperature, and an exceptionally linear dose vs. thermoluminescent response that extends over the range 1 mGy to 500 Gy.
