摘要：
Management of the upper pouch in isolated long-gap oesophageal atresia remains problematic and is often associated with inhalation of saliva and respiratory deterioration. Accumulation of saliva can be reduced by the simultaneous utilization of a Replogle tube in the upper pouch and an oral suction dummy.
