摘要：

We describe radar observations at 8510 MHz of 39 small particles in Earth orbit. The altitudes vary between 510 and 1550 km, while the radial velocities lie between -310 and +520 m/s. Regarding all the observations as belonging to one statistical population, we calculate with the principle of least squares a best fitting semimajor axis and eccentricity. The semimajor axis is (7450+98/-92) km, while the eccentricity is (0.039+0.012/-0.016).
